Aptitude Testing Preparation
Aptitude tests determine the readiness of a potential employee in specific roles by measuring certain skill sets to complete questions or tasks. For example, in a computer aptitude test you may be asked to click on a simulated menu system to initiate a command, determine a set of keystrokes, or the like. Large companies often randomize the testing, so you are never quite certain what form of testing you will receive.
